Transport i logistyka jako potencjalne smart specialisations województwa opolskiego – próba wstępnej oceny

The article presents the preliminary assessment of the activities undertaken in the Opolskie Voivodeship in connection with the implementation of the regional innovation strategy for 2014–2018. In particular, attention is focused on issues related to the methodology of identifying the so-called “smart specializations” and their practical dimension. The subject of the analysis are issues related to transport and logistics, because these areas were highlighted in both strategies – of regional development and the innovation strategy.
